None of the medio real stamps are known to exist today.

The Isla del Carmen overprint is approximately 21 by 1¾ mm, with leading and trailing dots at the foot of the letters. It's found in blue and black, and is generally nicely struck.

On average, the stamps have normal margins for the issue.
